A while ago, my husband text me a photo of a Strawberry Parfait he brought from the coffee shop at work. It looked simple but delicious that I decided to make my own at home. I simply combined yogurt with granola and some fresh berries to create a colorful Mixed Berry Yogurt Parfait. It was simply tasty, and I loved it.
Since then Yogurt Parfait become one of my favorite treat. It’s a healthy choice to kickstart my morning, and a perfect random snack in the middle of the day.
Ingredients:
- Plain Yogurt
- Mixed strawberries and blueberries
- Granola
Layer 1/2 of the Yogurt in the bottom of a glass cup or container. Place the granola and then mixed berries over the yogurt. Repeat the layer. Serve immediately.
